I liked everything, the breakfast, the room, the environment. The staff were fantastic and very polite. The clean in the room is fantastic. The restaurant is amazing and they have a lot of options and you will not regret if you take one night to have dinner there.

very nice staff. rooms are clean. breakfast is delicious. the car can be parked in the hotel yard .. the pool can be used only during the day. I was satisfied. did not like that the shower heads are attached to the wall

The staff, the owners they were hands on. They made us feel at home in their hotel. Food was great. Room was very nice.

Nice spacious room, bathroom a little dated, but very clean. Staff excellent so helpful . Some had excellent English, but all kind. Would definitely recommend. Bus service into metro for Rome, close by. Day pass for 8euro good value. Would not recommend driving into Rome.

Reception staff on our arrival was superb, even recommended a restaurant nearby. Breakfast was exceptional and the coffee was amazing.

The Staff was very friendly, the breakfast was good. We only stayed for 1 night as we were just passing by. The place is close to Tivoli which has a perfect Villa D'Este with awe-inspiring hardens and fresks.

We loved the outdoor. Unfortunately we could not use the swimming pool. But it appeared to be lovely

The room was bigger than I expected, 4 people could have been accomadated comfortably. The bathroom was ok, and the breakfast very good

Cleanliness, location, view, STAFF (extremely helpful and kind). The place is not a regular hotel. It feels more than that.
